Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Jardin. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and check-in was a breeze. The property was always clean and had constant hot water. The staff were diligent in their cleaning duties. The lobby's stocked drink cooler offered affordable prices. The location was ideal, within a short walk to Avenue Tulum where there were bus lines, stores, and a shopping plaza. We felt safe allowing our kids to explore on their own in the evening. Any concerns were promptly addressed. Highly recommend!
